Nuccio Consulting Group was founded by Antonio Nuccio, a licensed mortgage professional with years of experience guiding homeowners through complex loan scenarios. After originating and advising on hundreds of mortgage transactions, including refinances, HELOCs, debt consolidation loans, and divorce-related equity buyouts. Antonio saw a growing need for expert guidance in legal cases where real estate and lending intersect.
Today, Nuccio Consulting Group provides attorneys and their clients with clear, unbiased insight into underwriting guidelines, equity division, loan feasibility, and mortgage qualification challenges tied to divorce, inheritance, and property disputes. Our mission is to bring clarity, structure, and credibility to situations where financial accuracy matters most.
